Specialise in Rec2Rec Talent Attraction at Twelve Recruitment
A talent acquisition specialist has one specific duty, finding the best talent available on the market. There are numerous avenues you will have access to in order to find said talent. These include; job boards (reed, monster and guardian jobs), social media, headhunting, the use of Twelve’s database and our referral scheme. You will be tasked with interviewing candidates via a phone interview. If successful, you will conduct a face-to-face interview in our office. Off the back of both the phone and face-to-face interview, you will invite either James Carpenter or Luke Van Rooyen to assess the potential candidate, both of which work closely with Twelve Recruitments clients.
